Lynn is a resident of the Southwest Fort Wayne area. He previously lived close by in Zanesville for 23 years. He likes to work with homes in Waynedale, Zanesville, Lafayette & Aboite townships, Markle, and Ossian. He loves real estate and will also work with clients wanting to buy and sell homes throughout other areas of Northern Indiana as well when he's active in the business.
Lynn is married to Sharon, and they have two adult children, Chris and Michael. He is a graduate of Lancaster High School in Wells County, which is now part of Norwell High School. He's a Veteran of the Vietnam War where he worked as a Seabee. The Seabees are the Construction Battalians of the United States Navy. This experience prepared him for future endeavors, including real estate. He was a self-employed business owner in several fields. He owned SCS Environmental Restoration and Cleanup from Zanesville, Indiana through 1991; he is still Hazardous-Certified with the State of Indiana. He also owned Woody's Country Deli, a convenience store, in Waynedale. Just prior to real estate, he owned Woodmizer Sawmill in Ossian. In 2006 Lynn graduated from the Troyer School of Real Estate and began his new career.
